Dear Friend,

On January 19, 2019 we will be celebrating forty seven years of service through the work of New Life Evangelistic Center. Because of caring people like you hundreds of thousands of people have experienced the love of God in word and deed during the past 47 years.

Read “47 Years of Memories & Services” here.

Rev. Larry Rice

Your choice to act on your faith and compassion, by partnering with New Life Evangelistic Center, has had a real impact not only throughout mid America, but around the world.  As we celebrate New Life’s 47th anniversary, efforts are increasing to place even more homeless people in homes of their own.

One recent example of those who are no longer homeless because of your generosity, is Quinsonta Boyd and his wife and children. Quinsonta was quoted by KSDK saying “we became homeless due to financial struggles”. He had to separate from his family, with his wife and children going to a shelter, while Quinsonta slept outside.

Now the family is back together in a home of their own because of the four bedroom home NLEC made available to them. Quinsonta goes on to say, “This wouldn’t have been possible without New Life Evangelistic Center. You can have peace when you know you have a home and a family to come home to.”

New Life Evangelistic Center’s vision for the future involves NLEC placing even more homeless people in homes of their own.  This vision includes not only reopening 1411 Locust as a church, serving the homeless during the day, but providing shelter overnight as well.

In addition, we have a vision for the ongoing expansion of the NLEC Training programs to help even more homeless people to be set free from the cycle of homelessness.

With your ongoing support, New Life Evangelistic Center will not only provide even more safe houses of refuge and shelter for veterans and children and homeless families, but will also launch in 2019 a new program that involves building inexpensive houses for those in need.

For forty seven years, NLEC has been working to improve the quality of life for those in need as it has fed the hungry, sheltered the homeless, clothed the naked and proclaimed the hope provided through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

It is your prayers and gifts that have made this possible. Now as New Life celebrates its 47th Anniversary would you please share a gift of $94, which is just $2 for each year of service? Your gift will not only make it possible for us to continue to be there in the future when people are hurting, but will allow New Life to expand into much needed areas of service.

Thank you again for your partnership and prayers.  May God bless you as you have blessed those in need.

Yours in Christ,

Larry Rice

PS  As we approach NLEC’s 50th Anniversary, in three short years, I want to invite you to continue to be a part of the dynamic things God is doing in the lives of the hurting and homeless.  Your partnership makes it possible for New Life to provide hope and help, to those in need not only now, but for all eternity.  Please pray for New Life Evangelistic Center as you send in your anniversary gift.  Also, please note if you will be able to attend the 47th Anniversary Celebration on the 19th.
