The Final Hearing with the Board of Public Service will be on December 23rd.  This is the final Board of Public Service hearing.  A decision will be announced at this hearing.

It is because they fought for us, and were even willing to die, that we must continue to fight to ensure that in their hour of need, homeless veterans can continue to come to 1411 Locust in St. Louis for a place to sleep.  Your support is critical.  Join us in prayer or attend the hearing at 1:45 p.m. in Room 208 of City Hall.

Below you will find two documents that were filed on the matter that was heard by the St. Louis City Board of Public Service of the course of nine days spanning from September 24, 2013 to April 1, 2014 regarding the Petition to determine that New Life Evangelistic Center is a detriment to the neighborhood pursuant to City of St. Louis Ordinance #61971 (codified in Chapter 11.72 of St. Louis City Revised Code (“Code 11.72″)).
