Our cities and communities have a tremendous need for additional assisted housing for women and children who are victims of poverty, low-income, domestic violence and/or other emergency situations. NLEC provides women and children with housing, meals, clothing, and hygiene items 365 nights a year. The NLEC Training Program is for individuals who desire to change their lives by learning job skills and living in Christian Community.  The training program provides in-depth training and instruction of job skills such as: computer training, reception work, renewable energy, television and radio production, hospitality, and farming and livestock care. The basis of the NLEC Training Program is founded upon: prayer, bible study, faith, hope, responsibility, and Christian Community.  NLEC believes that healing is found in the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the support of Christian Community. Below are stories and testimonies of women who have received help and support from NLEC.

In addition to relief services for women and children in crisis situation, NLEC provides Training Programs which combine relief services, education and on-the-jobs training skills.
