Incarcerated for a Crime I did NOT Commit

I have been incarcerated almost three decades for attempted Capital Murder on a Police Officer (case No. 97-425.172). A crime that I did not commit.
Some college students that are investigating this case have found out that the police have been forced to retire or were fired for six misconducts. So far the students have three of the misconducts:
1. False or Inaccurate Reports
2. Omission of Incriminating Details
3. DUI
What I am seeking is HELP to get this miscarriage of Justice corrected. I need HELP to get publicity, interviews on talkshows, magazines, investigators, etc. and/or help from attorneys. I need as many people as can to call, text, or email the Governor of Texas, Newspaper and News Channels in Lubbock County, TX. Thank you for your time and consideration. (The Police Officers name is Gerald Ray Critz).
Sincerely,
Larry D. Weaver #00825515
